Healthy…ish lactation cookies

After searching for ages all over the web it seemed that lactation cookies for postpartum mummas contained a massive amount of butter and sugar. And me being me, just knew I couldn’t use that amount. So I switched up a few things and created a recipe that is sweet enough to marginally cover the brewers yeast taste, but not struggle with postpartum weight gain.
