Full Moon Package

Three prenatal visits (approx 2 hours each) in the comfort of your own home, including birth education, information sessions allowing you to make a fully informed decision.
Exploring birth preferences, creating a birth plan with labour positions, working with the partner etc and spending this time to really connect for a birth where everything aligns.
Thorough debrief of previous births with special attention to any birth trauma.
Weekly/fortnightly/monthly zoom or Facetime chats being a sounding board with any concerns or questions along the way.
Phone, email, messenger and text support.
Free use of birth pool if required ($150 for the liner).
24/7 on-call period from 37 weeks.

Support over the phone in early labour
Come to your home and support you there until such time as you decide you want to go to the hospital or birth centre.
Encourage and reminding you and your partner of your birth preferences.
Use of Rebozo if needed. Use of TENS machine if needed.
Stay with you until after the birth - until such time as you and your new family want to be alone (usually 1-2 hours).

1 postnatal visit in your home (approx 2 hours) - dedicated to providing breastfeeding and newborn care support.
Postnatal session 2-3 hours (generally 1-2 weeks after birth) (10 HOURS TOTAL). Additional postpartum hours can be added.

Internal Pelvic Release / Yoni Steaming / Belly Binding

In home session (approx. 120 minutes)
This Internal Pelvic Release Work is a gentle, hands-on body work experience that supports ease and awareness within the pelvic space.
Working with respectful internal touch, and slow attuned presence, the session invites areas of holding or restriction within the pelvic muscles and fascia to soften.
Sessions are held within a trauma aware, consent led framework, with your comfort and autonomy at every stage.
This work may support pelvic comfort, tissue flexibility, fascia release and a deeper sense of connection to your body.

Mother Honourings

Base Investment: $350
Duration: Approximately 3 hours
A Mother Honouring is an intentional, heart-led gathering created to centre, witness, and honour a woman in her transition through pregnancy, birth, or postpartum. Rooted in presence and connection, this offering gently shifts the focus back to the mother — her body, her story, and her becoming.
The gathering invites reflection, shared intention, and collective support, allowing the mother to be held by community in a meaningful and embodied way.
What the Honouring Includes
- Opening with sound using a sound bowl to ground the space and mark the beginning of the gathering
- Red thread offering, symbolising connection, continuity, and the weaving of support through motherhood
- Creation of affirmation cards allowing guests to offer written prayers, blessings, intentions, and words of support
- Handmade flower crown for the mother
- Tea candles for guests to take home and light during labour
- Postpartum meal preparation cards for guests to take home, encouraging ongoing care beyond the honouring
Each element is offered with intention, allowing the gathering to unfold slowly and organically over approximately three hours.
Optional Add-Ons (additional cost)
These additions may be included to personalise and deepen the experience:
- Bath salts for postpartum rest and care
- Flower centrepiece for the gathering space
- Cacao for guests, offered as a heart-opening addition

A listening ear and a judgement free space where you can be heard and held. The virtual support that guides you and brings you back to your power, all from the comfort of your own home.
